“Indeed those who do not believe in the hereafter, we have made fair-seeming to them their deeds. They wander blindly”

When we consider our deeds (good or bad) to be good despite the harm they may cause others, we are blind to the truth/the true reality.

Although our deeds seem pleasing to us, they are not in the sight of Allah. What we do must be pleasing to Him to be considered good. Oftentimes, we forget our true purpose: to live a life that is pleasing to Allah. And to follow the example of the Prophet Muhammad.

There are so many aspects of what is good or what is bad. What is sin and what is not. Therefore, pray for guidance from the All Knowing, the All Wise Allah – daily.
